Go to Admin Panel > Write post
Add a heading, few words and fill other optional fields. Go to the bottom of the page and upload a picture by clicking on the browse button and add few words about the picture. Click on upload. Select other option like show full size, Link to page and then send to editor.
The picture will come to the editor at the starting of the page. Then click on publish.
